As we have previously informed you, the City of Subotica and PUC “Vodovod i kanalizacija“ Subotica, being the investors, COMMENCED THE CONSTRUCTION of SEWERAGE NETWORK IN PALIĆ, on Monday, August 26th, 2019.
This investment within the larger project “Biodiversity and Water Protection Lake Palić and Lake Ludaš“ is funded by donations from the Government of the Republic of Germany through the KfW Bank, in cooperation with the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of RS.
As of Friday, August 30th, this year, the construction of the sewerage network will be continued in the following streets or parts of streets:
● from August 30th to September 7th 2019:
• Dubrovačka Street
● from August 30th to September 28th 2019:
• “4. jula” Street
• Sutjeska Street – two sections
• part of Lovačka Street
• Bačka Street
• Jorogovanska Street
• Jasenovačka Street
Traffic will be suspended in the aforementioned parts of the streets during the construction i.e. traffic will be redirected to the nearby streets.
The contractor, the construction company “Graditelj NS” Novi Sad will put all their efforts into executing these works in the shortest possible time in order to put the traffic, and living and working conditions of citizens back to normal as well as the operation of the institutions and businesses located on the construction works route.
